Services

Jamrat Wellness provides beauty and spa services including massage therapy, facial treatments, wellness services, and related treatments. All services are subject to availability and must be booked through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by phone.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.
• Gift cards may be redeemed for any service offered by Jamrat Wellness.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service or at the time of booking, depending on the service. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Jamrat Wellness, you agree to the following:

• You may receive SMS/text messages related to appointment confirmations, reminders, promotions, and general business communications.
• Message frequency: Approximately 2–8 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Limitation of Liability

Jamrat Wellness and its staff shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or adverse reactions that may occur during or after treatments. Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to treatment.

Intellectual Property

All content on jamratwellness.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Jamrat Wellness and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Changes to Terms
